If you are currently looking for a home to lease, we would be glad to help you. Typically the costs involved to you will be a $35.00 to $55.00 application fee, at which time the owner of the home or the owner's representative will do a three bureau credit check, a background check and a previous tenant history verification. If the application is accepted, most rental homes require one months rent at occupancy plus a deposit typically equal to one months rent. If pets are accepted, there will be an additional pet deposit.
We can search for rental properties for you in Austin and surrounding areas. The landlord pays our fees, so other than the rental costs mentioned above, our services are of no charge to you as a rentor.
